Tews Company Staffing is seeking a Clinical Trial Recruiter for a remote contract role open to Florida residents, with preference for Tampa-area candidates.

The recruiter will identify, screen, and recruit eligible participants for clinical studies, coordinate enrollment activities, and support participant retention while ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, healthcare recruiting, or clinical coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage potential clinical trial participants through outreach, referrals, and approved recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates for eligibility based on study requirements.
• Explain study details, coordinate appointments, and support enrollment activities.
• Maintain accurate participant records and recruitment tracking systems.
• Partner with clinical research teams to meet recruitment goals and support participant retention.
• Follow study protocols, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations.
