Job summary

K2 Medical Research is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our clinical trials in a remote capacity, with travel to Tampa, FL as needed. This role recruits patients, conducts prescreening surveys, and schedules screening visits for currently enrolling studies and upcoming trials.

You will build and maintain our patient database, identify eligible participants, and coordinate with study teams to ensure smooth enrollment and follow-up.

• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task throughout the day.
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to interact with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for multiple studies by contacting referrals generated by marketing/outreach efforts.
• Identify patients from internal database who may qualify for new trials.
• Assist in identifying studies patients potentially qualify for and schedule them for an initial visit.
• Keep an updated tracker with all scheduled patients and visit outcomes.
• Follow up with patients as necessary.
• Understand assigned studies through protocols, materials, and trainings.
• Other tasks as assigned.
