Job summary

Fortrea is seeking On-Call Clinical Call Center Representatives to recruit volunteers for Phase 1 healthy volunteer studies. You will be the first point of contact, explaining opportunities, performing initial phone screenings, and scheduling qualified individuals for screening appointments.

Training is full-time onsite in Dallas, TX or Daytona Beach, FL, after which the role becomes fully remote. Candidates should be flexible to work evenings and weekends and have 1–2 years of customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or similar role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and following screening scripts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from individuals interested in participating in clinical research studies.
• Explain study opportunities and provide participants with relevant information.
• Conduct initial screenings using scripts and guidelines.
