Job summary

K2 Medical Research seeks a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support its Winter Garden, FL clinic in a remote capacity. You will recruit for multiple studies, conduct prescreening surveys, and schedule screening visits while expanding the site's patient database.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and have at least 1 year of healthcare customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in patient recruitment or healthcare customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for multiple studies by contacting referrals from marketing efforts.
• Identify eligible patients from internal databases for new trials.
• Schedule screening visits and maintain tracker of patient visits and outcomes.
• Follow up with patients and ensure protocol understanding through trainings.
• Build and maintain a robust patient recruitment database.
