Responsibilities

• Provide confident and professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow current Prescription Refill policy.
• Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for clinic visits.
• Maintain clear and precise documentation during and after calls.
• Complete all tasks within scope and ability of the role.
