Job summary

Guidelight Health is actively recruiting a Clinical Therapist (Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed) to join our onsite Waltham clinic. You will deliver high-quality behavioral health care, develop treatment plans, and perform assessments to guide evidence-based interventions across PHP/IOP settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise associate clinicians when eligible, and contribute to professional growth through our supervision program while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid MA state licensure (LCSW, LICSW or LMHC).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and consult with clinical leaders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews to determine length of stay and level of care.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues while building trust.

Education
