Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pipelines and talent pools to meet workforce needs.
• Advise hiring managers on sourcing strategies, market conditions, and timelines.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards on vacancies and hiring metrics.
• Analyse recruitment data using advanced Excel to provide insights.
