Job summary

ComplexCare Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a remote role. The position requires a minimum of 2 years in clinical recruiting and hands-on clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).

You will lead full-cycle recruiting and partner with supervisors and hiring managers to understand workforce needs. You will actively source, screen, and engage candidates using ATS, social media, and networking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years talent acquisition experience in healthcare setting.
• 2 years hands-on clinical experience as an RN.
• Experience with sourcing, candidate identification, offers and pre-employment validation.
• Experience supporting health plan operations or managed care is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively source, assess, and pre-qualify candidates.
• Engage active and passive talent through outbound sourcing and networking.
• Maintain ATS records and track metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire).
• Advise hiring managers on selection and process improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all processes.
