Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Systems Project Manager to support clinical technology workflows across affiliated healthcare operations in a remote setting within the United States.

The role focuses on PointClickCare support, configuration, training, and project execution for PCC implementations. Requirements include a high school diploma and several years of system administration experience, with strong preference for PCC and healthcare project management expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of system administration experience.
• PointClickCare system administration experience preferred.
• Healthcare project management experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide PCC support for nursing facilities, including MDS, Care Plans, Point of Care, and Lab & Radiology modules.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCC systems in alignment with organizational standards.
• Support acquisitions and new facility builds through system configuration, onboarding, and training.
• Assist with clinical systems projects, pilots, high-priority cases, and new workflow implementations.
