Job summary

Scout, a leader in clinical services, is hiring a Project Manager for a remote role supporting patient services in clinical research. You will manage sponsors and vendors, ensure timely delivery of activities, and uphold quality standards across start-up and study phases.

The ideal candidate has a background in clinical/healthcare, excellent project management, and strong communication. This position offers remote work with global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in clinical/healthcare, preferably clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Review protocols in support of new RFPs or projects.
• Maintain study tracking database reflecting status and deliverables.
• Communicate with global study stakeholders including CROs and Sponsors.
• Manage client expectations and escalations.
• Schedule and lead study, Kick-off and Investigators’ Meetings.
• Serve as main contact to Sponsor and CRO clients for Scout Clinical.
• Collaborate on operational policies and ensure adherence.
• Oversee regulatory onboarding with Scout Clinical Compliance.
• Prepare study-specific patient and site-facing documentation.
• Train sites and study teams on Scout portal usage.
• Configure Scout Clinical portal for assigned studies.
• Work with Patient Liaison to support travel and reimbursements.
• Review and manage study utilization and financial metrics.
