You will partner with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to maximize system value, support successful implementations, and drive high-quality resident care delivery through change advocacy and education.

The Clinical Systems Trainer is responsible for training, implementation support, adoption, and optimization of PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical technology solutions across a multi-site senior living and healthcare environment. This role partners with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to support successful system implementations, workflow alignment, user adoption, regulatory compliance, and ongoing performance improvement. The Clinical Systems Trainer serves as a subject matter expert, educator, and change champion to help communities maximize the value of clinical systems and support high-quality resident care delivery.

This position reports to the Director, Clinical Systems.
