Job summary

The Lead Clinical Support Specialist will manage a patient engagement program, work with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist, and lead a Clinical Care Support team to drive five‑star outcomes in Medicare measures.

Qualifications

• 12+ months managing a clinical, patient or customer-support team.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Remote team management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and triage skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Empathy and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee goals, progress and resources for a full-service clinical project.
• Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication use and quality measures.
• Manage team productivity and timelines to hit goals.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met.
• Represent Clinical Care at customer meetings and lead internal staff meetings.
• Hire, train and schedule team members; grow the team.
• Conduct performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Respond to questions from patients, providers and other professionals.
• Comply with all policies and state and federal regulations.
