Job summary

Arine, based in San Francisco, seeks a mid-level Client Success Executive to build and grow client relationships, overseeing deployment through maintenance. You’ll craft KPIs, monitor engagement metrics, and align client needs with Arine’s platform.

A strong healthcare background and leadership in project management are highly valued. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering and Delivery to expand capabilities, document success cases, and help Arine become a world leader in medication

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or similar client-facing leadership in healthcare.
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex concepts into digestible messaging.
Lead a team to drive projects from strategy through planning, execution and closure.
Pharmacist, nurse, or healthcare education/training is preferred.
Knowledge of medication therapy management and CMS quality measures desirable.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing all business aspects of the client life cycle from implementation through maintenance.
Create and oversee client-specific and organizational KPIs and operational metrics to ensure quality of deliverables.
Build deep knowledge of each client’s needs and goals, match those needs using Arine’s platform and identify additional capabilities.
Represent the voice of the client and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to monitor opportunities for new products and features.
