Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage patients by phone to explain clinical programs and benefits.
• Manage outbound/inbound call volumes with quality and productivity.
• Meet performance metrics for outreach, engagement, and documentation.
• Escalate medication-related issues to a pharmacist.
• Document all interactions accurately in Arine's software.
• Schedule telephonic or videoconference appointments with clinical pharmacists.
• Participate in process improvement and team meetings.
• Follow privacy and HIPAA policies; ensure information security.
