Groups Recover Together seeks an Associate Clinical Supervisor to oversee 2-6 counselors across multiple offices and manage a caseload of 4-6 groups, reporting to the Clinical Director. The role emphasizes aligning with the organization’s treatment philosophy and implementing new clinical protocols.

The position requires coaching staff, regular supervision, and driving KPI outcomes while ensuring compliant documentation and site readiness for audits. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Responsabilités

• Coach clinical staff on managing complex cases and adherence to policies.
• Provide direct/in-person clinical oversight regularly.

• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and HR coordination with leadership.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new counselors and staff.
