Applicants must hold an advanced degree and an active independent license with supervisor qualifications. This remote, full-time role requires strong ethics and risk management, plus ability to mentor staff through challenging cases.

Formación

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling or a qualifying mental health discipline.
• Current, unrestricted independent clinical license with supervision eligibility.
• State-required supervisor qualifications or training.
• Clinical experience with assessment and treatment planning.
• Strong understanding of risk management and ethics.
• Ability to explain clinical recommendations clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Discuss client cases with associates during scheduled supervision.
• Review treatment plans and recommend clinically appropriate adjustments.
• Interpret assessment findings within permitted scope.
• Provide guidance when clients show limited progress in treatment.
• Consult on risk assessment and safety responses.
• Support referrals when clients need additional or specialized services.
• Review relevant clinical notes for accuracy and completeness.
• Document supervision activities as required by licensing board.
