The ideal candidate has a Master's in Behavioral Health, 5+ years of clinical experience in addiction or behavioral health, and proven management and hiring capabilities.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health field with current independent licensure.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in addiction or behavioral health.
• Desire to take on general management responsibilities and expand skills.
• Knowledge of local market and addiction space.
• Proven management experience leading teams and hiring talent.
• Excellent communication skills across a large, dispersed team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 6-10 counselors across multiple offices.
• Provide direct clinical oversight and supervision of staff.
• Manage HR issues in collaboration with State Director and HR.
• Conduct quarterly chart reviews and training as needed.
• Assist in site audits and rollout of new clinical protocols.
• Support onboarding, training content, and regional operations.
