Groups Recover Together, Inc. is seeking an Associate Clinical Supervisor to lead 2-6 counselors across multiple offices and carry a 4-6 group caseload. You will report to the Clinical Director and help implement new clinical protocols while modeling the organization’s treatment philosophy.

The role involves coaching staff, providing direct clinical oversight, and driving KPIs with quarterly chart reviews and staff training. Travel to offices is required.

Formación

• Desire to assume general management responsibility and extend clinical leadership.
• Knowledge of the local addiction treatment market and stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading teams across multiple offices.
• Experience hiring top talent across clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Strong communication skills for a dispersed team and external audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work in office when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coach clinical staff on managing complex cases and adherence to policies.
• Provide in-person clinical oversight and support regularly.
• Performance manage counselors to meet KPIs.
• Conduct supervision for skill development and documentation.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in onboarding and training for new counselors.
