Groups Recover Together seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of 6-10 counselors across multiple offices and drive high-quality care. You will model the organization’s treatment philosophy, implement new clinical protocols, and collaborate with senior leaders to meet quality and compliance goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, program oversight, and KPI accountability within a growing multi-site outpatient model. Travel to various offices is required, and CPR certification is mandatory.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• At least 5 years clinical experience in addiction/behavioral health at high-quality organizations.
• Licensed at Independent level (LADC/CADC, LCMHC, LPC, LPCC‑CS, LICDC‑CS, LISW‑S, LCAC, LMFT or LCSW).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Coach clinical staff on managing complex cases and adherence to policies.
• Provide direct in-person clinical oversight on a regular basis.
• Drive clinical outcomes by performance managing counselors.
• Conduct quarterly chart reviews and provide targeted training.
• Partner with Regional Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Lead onboarding and training for new locations and staff.
