Groups Recover Together seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of 6-10 counselors across multiple offices. You will support high-quality care, implement new clinical protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a Master’s in Behavioral Health and a independent clinical license, plus 5+ years in addiction or behavioral health and demonstrated management experience. Travel to multiple offices is expected in this hybrid, full-time position.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health and independent licensure required.
• 5+ years clinical experience in addiction or behavioral health at reputable organizations.
• Proven management experience leading people and teams across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and supervise clinical staff to improve skills and ensure adherence to policies.
• Provide direct/onsite clinical oversight and support regularly.
• Drive clinical outcomes by performance managing counselors.
• Conduct quarterly chart reviews and ensure proper documentation and training.
• Support site audits and preparations for licensing and accreditation.
• Lead onboarding, training, and rollout of new clinical protocols and products.
