Groups Recover Together, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of counselors and drive high-quality addiction treatment across multiple offices. You will coach staff on complex cases, provide hands-on clinical oversight, and help implement new clinical protocols and performance initiatives.

The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to policies, and collaboration with senior leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes in a value-based care model.

Formación

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health with independent licensure (LADC/CADC, LCMHC, LPC, LPCC-CS, LICDC-CS, LISW-S, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW).
• 2+ years of full-time behavioral health experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Health questionnaire completion required.

Responsabilidades

• Coach clinical staff on managing complex cases and adherence to policies.
• Provide direct in-person clinical oversight and support.
• Manage a team of 6-10 counselors across multiple offices.
• Partner with Regional Director to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Conduct quarterly chart reviews and provide training to meet quality expectations.
• Support site audits and assist in implementing new protocols and initiatives.
