Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals using Masimo’s non-invasive patient monitoring technologies. You will work with customers and the Sales team to implement Masimo solutions and provide clinical education.

This remote role covers Northern Germany (Hanover, Bremen, Hamburg) and reports to the Regional Manager.

Qualificações

• Medical qualification such as RN or cardiac technician.
• Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of patient monitoring tech.
• Confident, personable communication with customers and staff.
• Ability to develop customer solutions in a team.
• Fluent German and good working knowledge of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation and use of Masimo technologies at customer sites.
• Develop and implement tailored customer solutions with the Sales team.
• Train clinical and nursing staff at customer sites or Masimo training center.
• Present Masimo technologies at workshops and events.
• Document customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with national and international teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Service).
