Job summary

Masimo Corporation seeks an experienced Clinical Specialist II to support Masimo products in large hospital systems. The role partners with internal and external customers, providing advanced troubleshooting and project leadership for on-site implementations and evaluations.

Extensive travel (50%+) is required; a clinical background is essential. Minimum 5 years' experience, RN or RRt preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Must be PC literate.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Independent problem solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.
• At least 2 years' critical care or related clinical experience (preferred).
• Leadership experience (preferred).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Consults with healthcare partners and clinicians to identify solutions that deliver optimal care while reducing costs with Masimo products.
• Collaborate with Masimo Account Manager to support customer strategic initiatives.
• Consult on workflow solutions to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
• Uncover opportunities to expand Masimo solutions.
• Meet territory sales objectives with the account manager.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Masimo customers in large hospitals or health systems.
• Prioritize and plan independently and with sales/CS teams to meet company goals.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and product support.
• Travel overnight 50% or more.
• Lead project management or clinical specialist roles for on-site implementations and evaluations.
• Perform special projects as requested.
