GovCIO is seeking a Clinical Subject Matter Expert to lead clinical and operational aspects of community care on a health IT delivery team. You will translate workflows into testable requirements, validate against a real clinic workload, and ensure compliance with VHA directives and procedures.

Qualified candidates will be a Registered Nurse with 8+ years of experience, VA community care exposure, and the ability to work remotely during Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in a US state or territory.
• Two+ years VA community care referral coordination or related experience.
• Experience with VA systems and directives relevant to community care.

Responsabilités

• Serve as clinical and operational authority for community care workflows.
• Convert current-state processes into user stories, acceptance criteria, and rules.
• Ensure system behavior aligns with policy and field SOPs.
• Write briefs for staff and coordinate with clinical and analytics teams.
• Define UAT scenarios and validate functionality for field use.
• Define reporting and dashboards from coordinator and supervisor viewpoints.
