Russell Tobin is partnering with a top Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics company to identify a Clinical Services Project Manager for a REMOTE opportunity. You will oversee multiple clinical testing and lab services projects, coordinating timelines and cross-functional activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 2+ years in project/clinical trial management in regulated settings; agile experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project/clinical trial management in a regulated environment.
• Experience with rapid milestone achievement and bio-sample management preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, quality/regulatory processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to work under time pressure.
• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple clinical testing and lab services projects with timelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for Pharma customers, CROs, and site investigators.
• Guide day-to-day sample process flow and communicate project reports.
• Support meeting agendas and minutes, and drive continuous improvement within the clinical sciences team.
