Russell Tobin, partnering with a leading pharmaceutical/clinical service, seeks a Clinical Services Project Manager for a fully remote, 12-month contract in the United States. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of project management and/or clinical trial management experience.
  • Experience in regulated CRO, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, clinical, or laboratory environments preferred.
  • Experience with clinical trials, quality/regulatory processes, and sample process flow.
  • Experience with biological sample management preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and standard office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time pressure.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Master's degree and PM/Clinical Research certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage low- to medium-complexity clinical testing and laboratory services projects from initiation through completion.
  • Establish project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, CROs, and site investigators.
  • Oversee day-to-day sample process flow and ensure accurate result reporting.
  • Track and communicate project reports and clinical study data.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and support timely project completion.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Collaborate with clinical sciences teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project activities follow applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

  • Location model: Fully Remote
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
  • Position Type: 12-month contract with potential to extend
  • Pay range approved: $30-$35/hr
Responsibilities
