Prolec Energy is seeking an experienced Remote Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the execution of clinical trials from anywhere in the US, with primary organizational ties to Washington, D.C. This fully remote role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to lead and motivate virtual teams across functions.

You will plan, manage budgets and timelines, oversee sites and CROs, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ICH-GCP), and mentor cross‑functional trial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple clinical trials across various phases.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
