Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Trial Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead complex studies across regions, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stringent quality standards. You will act as the primary client liaison, coordinating with clinical teams and QA while supporting sales in bid processes.

The role requires a healthcare or life sciences background, 2–4 years of PM experience in CRO or sponsor settings, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in healthcare or life sciences (lab/clinical services preferred).
• 2–4 years project management experience in complex service industries.
• 2–4 years clinical project experience with a CRO or sponsor.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project conduct and maintain proactive client communication to maximise satisfaction.
• Ensure study execution per protocol and within regional scope and budgets.
• Adhere to global PM standards and obtain client approvals before production.
• Deliver all study activities on time, on spec, and within budgets; escalate as needed.
• Maintain complete financial management of the study budget and related actions.
• Support QA during audits and assist with study file readiness.
