Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical/clinical service to identify a Clinical Services Project Manager for a fully remote opportunity. This role offers Monday–Friday hours and a 12-month contract with potential extension, paying $32-$35 per hour.

The candidate will manage clinical testing projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality/regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project management and/or clinical trial management experience.
• Experience in regulated CRO/pharma/clinical environment preferred.
• Experience with clinical trials, quality/regulatory processes, and sample flow.
• Experience with biological sample management preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage low- to medium-complexity clinical testing and laboratory services projects from initiation through completion.
• Establish project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, CROs, and site investigators.
• Oversee day-to-day sample process flow and ensure accurate result reporting.
• Track and communicate project reports and clinical study data.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and support timely project completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with clinical sciences teams to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure project activities follow applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

• Position Type: 12-month contract with potential to extend
• Pay range approved:$32-$35/hr

Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project management and/or clinical trial management experience.
• Experience in a regulated, CRO, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, clinical, or laboratory environment preferred.
• Experience with clinical trials, quality/regulatory processes, and sample process flow.
• Experience with biological sample management preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and standard office software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time pressure.
• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Master’s degree and Project Management/Clinical Research certifications preferred.
