Seattle Children’s is seeking a Clinical Research Budget Analyst to develop budgets for clinical studies, negotiate with sponsors, and maintain coverage determinations. The role supports pre-award activities and uses CTMS to streamline processes.

This remote position allows flexibility to work from WA, AK, MT, GA or FL, with Washington/Alaska market reference for compensation. The incumbent will mentor junior staff and improve workflows.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or related associate degree with relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years’ experience in budgets, coverage analysis, and/or negotiation.
• Experience with clinical trial budgets and industry/ grants funding preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop, negotiate, and finalize budgets for clinical research studies.
• Build medium to high complexity Coverage Analyses (CA).
• Maintain and update coverage determinations for protocol amendments.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues and optimize workflows.
