Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst for a remote role, supporting the timely development and maintenance of budgets for sponsored clinical trials. You will parse protocols into budget milestones and ensure accurate patient cost descriptions for ICF submissions to the IRB.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contracts analysts, regulatory teams, and internal finance while managing high-volume workflow across multiple programs and trial types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience.
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development, preferably in clinical trials or medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored clinical trials and set up study payments milestones.
• Review study routing forms and start-up documents, interpreting protocols into budget milestones.
• Collaborate with contracts analysts, regulatory teams, program managers and internal finance groups.
• Manage large-volume workflow across multiple research programs with varying processes.
