Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst for a remote role. You will develop and maintain budgets for sponsored trials, align costs with sponsor budgets, and set up payment milestones in Velos.

Collaborate with contract analysts, regulatory teams, and program managers to ensure accurate, compliant budgets across multiple programs. You will utilize Excel-based tools and pricing guidance to produce precise cost analyses, update budgets for protocol amendments, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree --or-- 4 additional years of related experience.
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development, preferable in clinical trial or medical setting.
• Experience developing study budgets from clinical study protocols and using various software tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored clinical trials.
• Set up study payments milestones and budgeting milestones in CTMS Velos.
• Review study routing forms and start-up documents for budget alignment.
