Job summary

Providence Swedish Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst to develop and maintain budgets for sponsored trials, aligning costs with study protocols and sponsor budgets. The role requires coordinating with contracts, regulatory, and finance teams, and ensuring accurate milestones in the CTMS.

You will manage large workflow across multiple research programs, overseeing cost analyses, and maintaining detailed expense records for compliance and successful trial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree --or--
• 4 additional years of related experience
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development, preferably in clinical trial or medical setting
• Experience with budgeting for sponsored clinical studies

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored clinical trials and milestones.
• Review routing forms and start-up documents to translate protocols into budget milestones.
• Collaborate with contracts, regulatory, program managers, and internal finance teams.
• Set up study payments milestones and billing grids using Velos CTMS and Excel.
• Monitor expenses to pre-determined budgets and reconcile with agreements.
