Responsibilities

• Develop study budgets from protocols and set up milestones in the budget system.
• Review study costs and integrate internal costs during study setup or amendments.
• Coordinate with Contracts Analysts and regulatory teams on budgeting and billing structures.
• Track expenses and payments, ensuring compliance with pre-set budgets and agreements.
• Set up study payments milestones and Billing Instructions grids using Excel and Velos.
