Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study. The role emphasizes strong site relationships, regulatory documentation, and collaboration with sponsors to ensure protocol adherence and data integrity.

This position requires 2+ years of direct site monitoring experience, oncology preferred, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO
• Oncology experience preferred; multi-specialty encouraged
• Knowledge of regulatory/ICH-GCP requirements and site audits/inspections
• Strong communication and relationship-building with investigators and sites
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 65–75% of time

Responsibilities

• Act as primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study
• Perform site monitoring activities in line with ICH-GCP, sponsor SOPs, and local laws
• Manage regulatory documentation for study start-up, maintenance and close-out
• Coordinate with investigators and staff on protocol conduct, recruitment, deviations and visits
• Contribute to audits/inspections and maintain CTMS/eTMF records
