Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study. The role requires strong site relationships, monitoring expertise, and a solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of direct site monitoring experience, a Bachelor’s degree (science preferred), and the ability to travel 65-75% of the time, domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and country-specific regulations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 65-75% of working time, domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical study.
• Perform site monitoring activities to ensure data accuracy and patient safety in accordance with ICH-GCP and sponsor SOPs.
• Coordinate with investigators and site staff on protocol conduct, recruitment, regulatory documents, and site performance.
• Maintain documentation in the CTMS and eTMF systems and ensure timely visits and reports.
• Identify and resolve site performance or compliance issues in collaboration with the PM and line managers.
