Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager for clinical studies across all phases. The role focuses on building strong site relationships and performing on-site and remote monitoring to ensure data integrity and participant safety.

The candidate should have 2+ years of direct site monitoring experience, a science-based degree, and strong English and local language communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology.
• Fluent in English and local language; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study.
• Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity of site relationships through all phases of the trial.
• Performs site monitoring in compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, local laws and regulations, and protocol.
