Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to manage sites across US locations, with a focus on oncology and multi-specialty trials. You will act as the primary site contact, monitor study progress, and ensure data quality while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in science/biology.
• Experience in bio/pharma/CRO environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases.
• Perform site monitoring activities in compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs.
• Coordinate with sponsor roles to ensure site readiness and data quality.
• Prepare and review regulatory documentation for start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
• Communicate issues related to protocol conduct, recruitment, and site performance.
