Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical trial in the United States, with a focus on site relationships, monitoring visits, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO, a Bachelor’s degree in science/biology, and willingness to travel 65–75% of the time. Strong communication skills and knowledge of GCP/ICH are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study.
• Perform site monitoring/oversight in accordance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and review regulatory documents for study start-up, maintenance and close-out.
• Communicate with Investigators and site staff on protocol conduct, recruitment, retention and deviations.
