Zusammenfassung

Regency-Aba is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join our remote team serving the US West Coast. This full-time role focuses on recruiting Behavior Technician candidates and other roles, with a salary indication and performance-based bonus of benefits.

The ideal candidate will manage posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining onboarding records. You will collaborate with leaders across teams to ensure staffing goals are met and provide a positive candidate

Qualifikationen

Must have recruiting experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Friendly, outgoing and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in healthcare or ABA is a plus.

Aufgaben

Recruit and screen candidates for mainly Behavior Technician positions and occasionally other positions.
Post job openings and manage recruiting platforms
Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
Maintain candidate records and hiring documentation
Support onboarding and hiring processes
Work closely with leadership and local teams to meet staffing goals
Help create a positive candidate experience
