Job summary

Regency ABA—Clinical Recruiter is a remote, full-time role targeting candidates across the US West Coast time zone. You will recruit and screen candidates for Behavior Technician roles, post openings, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding with a close collaboration to leadership and local teams.

Ideal candidates have recruiting experience, strong communication, and organizational skills; healthcare/ABA exposure is a plus.

Salary Indication: $60,000 + performance bonus + benefits

Our ABA Therapy agency is looking for a detail-oriented, dynamic, professional and caring Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team!
We are seeking someone who is organized, professional, and passionate about helping build an amazing team that supports children and families.

Although the Clinical Recruiter will be working remotely, we value this colleague to be closely and collaboratively engaged with all team members in the hiring process, having short lines ofcommunication.

Responsibilities

Recruit and screen candidates for mainly Behavior Technician positions and occasionally other positions.
