Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle administrative work, and surround you with the clinical community you need to thrive — all from home.

We offer part-time and full-time psychologist roles (PhD or PsyD) on fee-for-service basis or W2 with benefits. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow from there.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, Illinois psychology license.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and EHRs.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
