Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice delivering compassionate mental health care to older adults from the comfort of home. We fill your caseload, handle the admin, and support your clinical growth within a collaborative team.

We offer both part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles for licensed psychologists (PhD / PsyD). PSYPACT authorization is preferred; we reimburse application fees and guide you through the process. Flexible schedules and strong clinical support await.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the United States.
• PSYPACT authorization preferred — application support and fee reimbursement provided.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records; Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
