Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Project Coordinator to support patient engagement and study operations across oncology and cardiology projects. You will coordinate multiple initiatives, maintain dashboards and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive study milestones while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

This role emphasizes ownership, proactive communication, and quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automation is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
