You will manage enrollment targets, maintain project documentation, and track key study metrics, working with cross-functional teams to drive study objectives.

This role emphasizes collaboration, governance support, and process improvements, with opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical research, pharma, CRO, or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies (Oncology/Cardiology).
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency.
