Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical research or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Experience in pharma, CRO, or clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology preferred.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/ automations preferred.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency and project-related activities.
