Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to coordinate patient engagement and study operations across oncology and cardiology clinical studies. You will manage demographic enrollment targets, maintain study documentation, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet project objectives.

The role emphasizes process improvements, dashboards, and governance support, with opportunities to apply AI tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes in a dynamic, globally integrated environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of clinical research or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
