Job summary

Humana Inc. CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a remote role with the option to work from home. You will support administrative and operational tasks, communicate with providers, and assist in resolving prescription issues.

Candidates must reside in Texas, Arizona, Florida, or Ohio and hold an active Pharmacy Technician license in their state. Required 1+ year pharmacy technician experience (retail, mail order, or hospital).

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician License in the resident state.
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience in retail, mail order, or hospital setting.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to solve problems collaboratively and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative/operational/customer support tasks.
• Process prescriptions and resolve incomplete/invalid/clinically issueful requests.
• Communicate with physicians and hospitals via fax or phone.
• Research clarifications and denials on patient profiles.
• Handle calls to/from providers, patients, and pharmacies.
