This role coordinates multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery, with a strong emphasis on meticulous program management.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in healthcare program contracting management.
• Experience with federal contracts and DoD/War or similar agencies.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations.
• Credentialing process knowledge and staffing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for COR and Government Technical Supervisor.
• Provide strategic oversight of contract operations to ensure SOW compliance.
• Lead a distributed workforce supporting medical staffing and admin functions.
• Ensure 24/7 operations coverage per contract requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll, accounting, HR and recruiting on timecards and interviews.
• Travel for kickoff meetings and customer visits as needed.
• Maintain performance standards and service delivery.
