Job summary

Pathways 2 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to organize and oversee complex VA-related programs and contract-support activities, coordinating clinical, operational, and documentation workstreams for virtual health services.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, updating guidance and templates, and presenting findings to VA leadership and clients. VA and virtual health experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree or higher with health-related master's or clinical background.
• Minimum two years of progressively responsible program or project management with relevant advanced degree; or ten years with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, digital health, and remote patient monitoring/telehealth.
• Experience coordinating multiple interrelated projects, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage contract operational-support activities with cross-functional teams.
• Interface with clients and VA leadership to define goals, plans, and deliverables; resolve barriers.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across VA and clinical teams; ensure clear decisions and feedback.
• Update and quality-check documentation, manuals, and SOPs to meet current standards and ensure EHR compatibility.
• Coordinate updates to coding guidance in response to regulatory changes; validate revisions.
